Clearing Space For Manifesting Your Dream Life | Evelina Hovich | Mindset Coaching

We’re all about manifesting your dream life here on this blog.

After all, we all deserve to live the life of our dreams.

I want that for you, and so does the Universe God, Angels or whatever bigger energy you resonate with

In my practice doing manifestation coaching, I‘ve worked with a wide variety of different people from all different walks of life, and everybody wants something different.

Perhaps you’re hoping relationship coaching with help you manifest the relationship of your dreams.

Or you might be working to manifest a healthier lifestyle – coaching can help there.

Even still, you might feel like you’re lacking a confident mindset – coaching can help you achieve that as well.

The list goes on – there are as many different ways to manifest your dream life as there are people in the world.

But regardless of what it is your dream life looks like, there’s more to the art of manifesting than just saying “I want that” and waiting for it to drop in your lap.

There’s a conscious process that goes into understanding what the life of your dreams actually looks like, practicing the feeling of already having, and then taking inspired action to bring that vision, and your material reality, into alignment.

Part of that process includes clearing space.

You Can Manifest Anything, But Can You Manifest Everything?

Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss it, you will land among the stars —Les Brown

“But Evelina,” you might be thinking, “you’re all about manifesting great abundance and tapping into the great gifts the universe has in store for me. Why can’t I manifest everything?”

And you’re right!

The world, life, the universe, is full of infinite possibilities, and it’s all up for grabs, just waiting for you to manifest it.

Putting limits on your dreams

But it’s just not possible to manifest everything.

Some things are mutually exclusive, first of all.

Flip a coin, and it’s going to land on either heads or tails – it’s never both at the same time.

If you’re at a traffic light, you can’t turn left and turn right at the same time.

In the same way, you can’t manifest a life full of travel and a life where you spend most of your time cozy at one location, for example.

Both of these might be appealing to you in different ways, and there can be balance to be found between two polar opposites.

But sometimes, you have to choose.

As well, there’s only so much time in a day, and you only have so much energy to spread around.

One of the people I’ve worked with runs two businesses, has a YouTube channel, wrote a novel, and is an avid gardener and musician.

She expressed a desire to get into voice acting as well – and I think she’d be good at it too – but she just doesn’t have time to pursue it.

And that’s okay – she lives a fulfilling life regardless.

We’re only human, and we have certain limitations.

However

This is why getting clear on your dream life is such an important part of the manifestation process.

Journaling and meditating on it, creating a vision board, and other conscious manifestation processes work great, but the first step is always to spend some time understanding what your dream life looks like.

That idea will change over time, of course – life is full of inherent uncertainties and it’s important to be able to pivot as change inevitably comes.

But whether you’re conscious of it or not, you’re always manifesting.

In fact, manifestation comes as easy to us as breathing.

And that can be a double edged sword, since unconscious manifestation can lead to us manifesting a life that doesn’t really suit us.

In some cases, we have people pleasing tendencies or we spend our mental energy comparing ourselves to others, which can lead us down a path away from the life of our dreams.

For this reason, we can’t just keep manifesting everything we think of.

It’s important to prioritize.

Which brings us to decluttering.

When you think of the word decluttering, you might think of your physical space.

And it is that, but it’s also true with our thoughts and even our emotions.

A Void Never Stays A Void For Long

Nature abhors a vacuum – Aristotle

When you clear space in your life, you might feel like your life has suddenly become empty.

But the good news is that it won’t stay that way for long.

By clearing space, you’re paving the way for new things to show up in your life.

How many times have you seen this happen in your life?

Perhaps you let go of a toxic friendship or ended a romantic relationship only to meet someone new shortly after.

Or maybe you left an unfulfilling and draining job only to find a new, more exciting opportunity.

But there has to be space in your life for these things to come to you.

You can only fit so many cars in your garage, metaphorically speaking.

If your manifestation practice isn’t as effective as you’d like it to be, it might be because you don’t have space for your dream life.

That doesn’t mean your dream life is unattainable – far from it!

It just means you have to clear some space in your life to manifest your dreams.

Let’s take a look at how.

getting clear on your dream life is such an important part of the manifestation process | Evelina Hovich | Mindset Coaching

1. Decluttering Your Physical Environment

Energy flows where attention goes – Tony Robbins

One of the many things we’ve learned from quantum physics is that everything is energy – that’s true of physical objects as well.

But when you walk through your house, you can feel the energy related to certain things and certain areas, can’t you?

Take a moment to consider the various things in your home you’ve wanted to change, but haven’t had the chance to yet.

What happens when you think of those things?

What sort of energy do they hold for you?

And how is that energy affecting the way you exist in your space?

In some cases, physical objects can be a burden, weighing us down and holding us anchored to the past as we struggle to move past them.

If you’ve watched Marie Kondo’s series, you know about her approach to decluttering.

She asks a simple question – does this object spark joy?

If not, it’s time to let that object go.

If you’re not sure you want to get rid of something though, consider putting it in a box and storing it away for a few months.

If you don’t think about it during that time, it clearly wasn’t that important to you and you can live without it just fine.

2. Decluttering Your Mental Environment

According to this 2020 study, the average adult human has more than 6,000 thoughts per day.

That’s a lot of thoughts!

How many of those are serving you, and how many are keeping you feeling stuck?

We can’t purge negative thoughts entirely – that would be toxic positivity – but what we can do is learn how to cut off negative thought spirals before they go too far.

Take a moment to consider your physical state.

Are you hunched over, tense, or grimacing?

If so, take a deep breath, correct your posture, and release the tension in your body – this can help you reset, both physically and mentally.

As well, consider where these thoughts are coming from.

Are they rooted in a scarcity mindset or an abundance mindset?

In scarcity, there’s fear, frustration, envy, and even anger.

In abundance, there’s hope, opportunity, cooperation, and collaboration.

Is there a way you can reframe your negative thoughts to better reflect abundance?

That doesn’t mean that when you face adversity you should pretend it isn’t happening – that’s not helpful either.

Rather, can you orient yourself toward solutions instead of the problem?

Instead of “I’m facing a difficult time”, consider “I’m finding my way through this difficult time”, or “I’ll find a solution for this difficult time”.
