It’s hard to make universal statements, since everybody wants something different out of life.
However, I do think there are some universal truths, if you get broad enough.
In my time practicing as a manifestation life coach, people have come to me for all sorts of different things.
In building my website, I created a few pages with a main focus on them in my practice, including:
- Dating and relationship coaching
- Intuitive confident mindset life coaching
- Coaching for manifesting and attracting abundance
- Health, wellness, and lifestyle life coaching
That’s because just about everybody wants those things, right?
Abundance? A confident mindset? A healthy lifestyle? Who wouldn’t want that?
But of course, how such things will look like to you will be different than everybody else.
That’s not only okay, it’s to be expected.
After all, one of the beautiful things about life is your ability to make what you like of it.
To find out what your dream life looks like, and to pursue it with all your heart – that’s what life is about!
The law of attraction is a powerful tool to help manifest your dream life.
We’ve talked about it before – in light of how to stop comparing yourself to others.
But you can use the law of attraction to manifest anything you desire.
Including a greater state of health.
But how can that possibly work?
How does it make sense that things like journaling, meditating, creating a vision board, and other manifestation techniques can help you to be healthier?
I’m so glad you asked…
How To Start Manifesting Greater Health?
I’ve said it before, and I’m sure I’ll say it again – on this blog, in wellness and lifestyle coaching sessions, and in the middle of the street to anybody willing to listen – you can manifest anything!
Using the principles of the law of attraction, you can manifest the life of your dreams.
And when you follow the manifestation gurus out there, you might find them talking about manifesting material wealth – that car, that house, those expensive outfits, those gourmet meals.
There are a few different reasons for that.
First of all, these are what our culture sees as signs of abundance.
If you don’t relate to those things, that’s okay.
But we humans tend to be visually oriented creatures.
It’s easier for us to picture tangible things – things you can taste, things you can see, things you can touch.
The human mind has an easier time thinking about such things than abstract concepts.
For example, what would happen if I asked you to visualize “respect”?
What comes to mind?
For most of us, it’s a specific person performing a specific action.
Maybe it’s a scout respecting their elders by helping an elderly person cross the street.
Maybe it’s a classroom full of students respecting their teacher by being quiet and attentive during a lesson.
Maybe it’s Aretha Franklin belting out her 1967 hit tune.
Or maybe it’s something else altogether – but I think you get the point.
It’s also easier for you to visualize what you’d like that feeling to look like in your life.
If you’ve just ended a relationship where you felt disrespected by your partner, for example, the word “respect” might conjure up ideas of how you want your next partner to treat you, and how that differs from your last relationship.
So, what does it mean when I ask you to visualize a state of greater health?
Perhaps it means feeling more youthful, with more vitality.
Perhaps it means waking up feeling refreshed and energized.
Or perhaps it means being free of the chronic pain that’s been following you for longer than you can remember.
Just like visualizing your dream relationship, your dream career, or your dream lifestyle, you can visualize – and therefore manifest – the healthy lifestyle of your dreams.
Let’s start here.
1. Shift Your Mindset To Gratitude
It’s a topic as simple as it is complex.
Simply put, gratitude is about, well, being grateful.
Being grateful for what is – for what’s good in your life currently.
This can mean bigger things – gratitude for your spouse, your career, your home.
But it can also take the form of gratitude for the smaller things we tend to take for granted every day.
Things like the smell of the spritz of juice that flies off of the orange you’re peeling for lunch.
The sight of the way tree bark creates an intricate highway along which ants, beetles, and other various bugs crawl, living out their entire lives oblivious to whatever we humans are doing.
The sound of the apple crunching as you take your first bite of it.
Even the device you’re using to read this article – have you ever stopped to think how incredible it is that computers are a thing?
They’re essentially a collection of rocks – aluminum, copper, gold, silver, cadmium, lead, sand, etc – that we’ve taught how to think and remember stuff for us.
And that we can use those rocks to communicate with people all over the world.
When you think of it that way, it’s incredible, isn’t it?
The brilliant people who discovered all this – how can we not express deep gratitude for them?
This ties in closely with mindfulness – which is, broadly speaking, the idea of savouring every moment of life, as much as possible.
Be grateful for what is, but also for what’s coming.
Because of course, gratitude doesn’t mean to blindly accept things the way they are.
If you don’t like something about your current life, you can manifest something greater!
But there’s a gentle balance between accepting what is and spending time in the state of your ideal outcome, the greater state of health, for example.
Start being grateful for being healthy, youthful, radiant, full of life, as if it already happened, and you’ll begin to manifest that into reality.
This visualization will help inspire you to take action – to eat healthier foods, to take on new physical activities you enjoy.
You may even find the people around you recommend a new healthcare practitioner who meets your needs perfectly, seemingly out of the blue!
Gratitude has other health benefits as well.
Below, you’ll find links to a whole bunch of different studies in scientific journals that talk about how much gratitude can help you manifest a healthier lifestyle.
Gratitude can help to:
So, why not practice gratitude?
2. Practice Health Affirmations
A big part of the law of attraction is in affirmations.
The idea of affirmations is to essentially train your brain to think the way your idealized self would think.
In the case of this article, it’s about training your brain to think like a healthy person would think.
This has the effect of reprogramming your subconscious mind to reflect your idealized self, and through that, begin to manifest it.
At first, affirmations may feel a little unusual, maybe even a bit disingenuous.
But they can make a difference toward overcoming negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs.
After all, you might be making affirmations in your life right now, without even realizing it.
If you find yourself catastrophizing about your state of health, for example, that’s an affirmation.
Thoughts like “I’m always going to feel like this”, “I’ll never get better”, “it’s just my lot in life to feel terrible” – those are, in a way, affirmations too.
They’re just not terribly helpful ones.
Just like manifestation happens automatically, whether we’re doing it consciously or not, affirmations tend to happen on their own as well.
So why not replace your unhelpful affirmations with ones that will?
Here are some examples you can use:
- I take care of my body
- I live a happy, healthy lifestyle
- My health is important to me
- I’m going to make good choices today
- I listen to my body and my mind
- I make time for the things I love
- I release negativity and negative thoughts
- I’m proud of myself
It may take time and practice to retrain your subconscious mind to believe these.
So if you’re struggling to believe those to begin with, you can add: “I am willing to” or “I am open to” and see how that feels.
3. Create A Health Vision Board
We’ve talked about vision boards quite a bit on this blog, so this section will be a little shorter.
But vision boards can be a powerful for manifesting the life of your dreams, and that’s also true of manifesting a state of greater health.
If you’d like to find out more about how to create a vision board, take a look below at some of my previous articles on the subject:

Health is a complicated word, and it doesn’t have a single, easy definition.
What it means to you is different than what it means to me, or anybody else you know.
But planting the seeds to manifest greater health is something you can start doing, right here, right now.
You and I, and everyone around you, are travelers within the universe, and the universe itself.
We are, in essence, infinite.
Nothing is impossible.
Everything is possible.
The life of your dreams is possible.
It’s there for you, waiting.
The universe – us, ourselves, and everything around us – has greatness in store for you.
But if you feel stuck, uncertain how to access this greatness, you’re not alone.
I’m here for you.
