What’s Missing From Your Practice Of Manifesting Your Dream Life? | Evelina Hovich | Life Coaching

Every one of us is manifesting our lives every day.

It’s not hard – we do it intuitively, without even thinking about it.

It’s as natural as breathing or blinking.

It's the practice of intentional manifesting that’s the key.

If you want to create your dream life, working with a manifestation empowerment life coach is a powerful tool.

But if you’re already practicing the art of manifestation, there could be something missing that’s holding you back from actually achieving what you’re working toward.

Let’s take a closer look.

Why Does Manifestation Fail?

If you’re new to the art of manifestation, you might think a lot of it is “mind over matter” type stuff mixed with some positive thinking. But that’s not how it works. Visualizing and chanting will only take you so far. It doesn’t change your material reality – it aligns your energy and your actions toward what you’re hoping to accomplish. Think of it this way – imagine you’re driving along, and suddenly you feel your tire burst. So you pull over to the side of the road, and then what?At that point, no matter how much you visualize yourself having four perfect, working tires, it’s not going to solve your problem. What you can visualize is getting help quickly and with ease. It’s important to remember that the words we use are important – they really do make a difference in our reality. So what does manifesting take?

Here are three important factors to consider within your manifestation practice.

1. Faith

Did you know the word faith comes from Latin? It’s true. The Latin word fides (like “fee-days”) means to believe in something without having any empirical evidence. Empirical evidence is something related to your senses. For example, the empirical evidence that you forgot your dinner in the stove is the fact that you can smell it burning. There’s no empirical evidence that manifestation works – at first.

For the beginning of your manifestation practice, it will look like it’s just not happening. At that point, it’s easy to give up. After all, what’s the point of doing something over and over again that has no visible payoff? It helps to look at it the same way you might look at a garden. You plant the seeds of the plants you want to grow, but planting the seeds is just the first step. How do you know your seeds will grow into the plants you love? That’s where faith comes in. I’m not talking about religious faith, mind you. If you do have a religion and it’s one of the guiding forces behind your manifestation, that’s great. But you can be an agnostic or an atheist and still have faith in the power of manifestation. After all, everyone has faith the Sun will come up tomorrow. And even on cloudy days, eventually they’ll pass and the Sun will be back, in all its radiant glory. That’s the kind of faith I’m talking about. In order for manifestation to work, you have to believe it works. After all, you’re already manifesting. You just might not realize it.

2. Inspired And Aligned Action

Let’s go back to the flat tire we talked about before. Squeeze your eyes shut and repeat over and over “my tires work wonderfully”. Stand there all day and do it if you want. Then open them, and what happens? Your tire is still flat. Why is it still flat? I manifested a good tire! Why didn’t it work? Because you’re misunderstanding how the art of manifestation works in the first place. When some people don’t resonate with the idea of manifestation, I often wonder if that’s where the disconnect lies. If a coach for manifesting abundance and wealth told you to just close your eyes and chant “I’m rich I’m wealthy I have lots of money” over and over, you’d be absolutely right to be skeptical. The same goes for if a wellness coach told you to chant “I am my ideal weight” over and over – that’s not going to change the number on the scale. Your subconscious mind will just argue with you at that point and say “no you’re not”. This is why a lot of mainstream affirmations don’t work. The reason why you haven’t manifested what you want in those scenarios is because you’re not practicing manifestation. It’s just wishful thinking. Knowing what you want is essential, but just chanting it over and over without taking any action is not going to get you very far. In order to create a manifestation practice that actually works, you need to pair your visualizing with real, strategic, inspired action. The universe is ready to do its part, but you have to do yours as well. If you’re feeling a little stuck, try the following phrase. Okay, universe, we’re now clear on my desire. I trust you to do your part, and I’m ready to do mine. I’m open and willing to be guided and shown the way. I’m going to show up and do my part. The nice part though is the more you visualize your dream life the more inspired you’ll be to actually take action toward making it a reality. Because inspired and aligned action feels good. It’s exciting and exhilarating knowing you’re moving in the right direction. And yes, it may take time and effort, but it’s time and effort that feels effortless. As opposed to slogging away at a job you hate, you’re working toward building a future that feels right for you. It’s the power of an intuitive mindset – of operating toward what you desire and what you deserve.

3. Certainty

You can’t do this wrong. Seriously, you can’t. Visualize what you want your life to look like, and take inspired and aligned action toward making it a reality. It really is that simple! There is some nuance, of course. If you’re having trouble manifesting greater wealth and abundance in the life of your dreams, that’s where a manifestation life coach comes in. But manifestation is something you do intuitively. You’ll either see your desires manifested – which is obviously good news. Or you’ll see your desire grow stronger, and it will hopefully inspire you to take further aligned action to make it a reality. Either way, it’s good. As Nelson Mandela said, “I never lose. I either win or I learn.” You’ll learn, you’ll gain more clarity, you’ll pivot your goals as you go. In what universe could that possibly be a bad thing??? Keep practicing intentionality. Keep doing your part. You’re a magnificent manifestor, and you cannot do this wrong!
